Turkey and Indonesia sign 5 cooperation agreements

Five agreements were signed between Turkey and Indonesia on cooperation in the fields of defense industry, technology, forestry, environment and development.

Prior to the G20 Summit on the Indonesian island of Bali, a signing ceremony for bilateral agreements between Turkey and Indonesia was held at the Hilton Bali Resort.

Minister of National Defense Hulusi Akar and Indonesian Defense Minister Subianto signed the "Agreement on Cooperation between Turkey and Indonesia in the Field of Defense".

TIKA Vice President Rahman Nurdun and Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Deputy Minister for Communication and Public Diplomacy Teuku Faizasyah signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Development Cooperation between the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA) and the Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Foreign Minister Çavuşoğlu and Indonesian Minister of Environment and Forestry Siti Nurbaya Bakar signed the Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in the Field of Environment between the Government of the Republic of Turkiye and the Government of the Republic of Indonesia.

 

The "Cooperation Agreement between Turkiye and Indonesia in the Field of Forestry" was signed by Minister of Agriculture and Forestry Vahit Kirişci and Indonesian Minister of Environment and Forestry Siti Nurbaya Bakar.

Minister of Foreign Affairs Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu and President of the Indonesian National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN) Tri Handoko signed the Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in the Fields of Research, Technology and Innovation between Turkiye and Indonesia.
