2 awards to Türksat Kablo in customer satisfaction

At the ninth A.C.E Awards (Achievement in Customer Excellence), Turkey's most comprehensive measure of customer satisfaction, Türksat Kablo TV in the "Digital Platform" sector and Türksat Kablo Net in the Internet Service Providers sector received the award for the best customer experience.

Şikayetvar, where 530 thousand brands, 11 million 200 thousand individual members and 30 million monthly visitors meet, has determined the brands that provide excellent customer experience for the ninth time. At the 9th A.C.E. Awards held in Istanbul, the brands that provide excellent customer experience were awarded based on the companies' complaint data, market shares and 1.5 million surveys.
