Multinational aerospace and defense technology company Northrop Grumman revealed a new UAV system called the Jackal.
Fly Bvlos Technology, operating in Turkey, in April 2022 showcased for the first time its Jackal UAV. The Jackal can take off and land vertically and has two ducted fans for forward thrust.
Jackal, which made a name for itself both in Turkey and in the international defense press, was also exported to the UK on April 25, 2022 by Fly Bvlos Technology.
The fact that Northrop Grumman's new UAV has the same name as Fly Bvlos Technology's UAV raised the question of whether Northrop Grumman is copying the Turkish firm.
It is reported that Fly Bvlos Technology will take steps soon due to the use of the name of their UAV.
