Türksat took its place at the AfricaCom Fair with its 5th Generation satellite Türksat 5B services.
AfricaCom is the biggest technology, telecommunication and satellite event in the African continent. World's leading technology and satellite companies participated in AfricaCom held at Cape Town International Convention Center in South Africa.
On behalf of Türksat, Deputy General Manager of Satellite Services Dr. Selman Demirel, Satellite Services Marketing and Planning Director Kazım Efendioğlu, Satellite Services Corporate Solutions Director Mehmet Fuat Eroğlu, Marketing Specialist Ali Altınkaynak, Marketing Specialist Elif Gökçen Çiftçi and UH Communication Systems Integration Specialist Erdi Dışbudak attende the fair, which started on November 8 and will continue until November 10.
Türksat will hold high-level meetings on satellite communication, broadcast and satellite equipment, and digital media as part of the fair program. In addition, Türksat, which has increased its coverage in the African continent with Türksat 5B, plans for new business agreements with broadcasters and data service providers in the region. During the fair, Türksat's domestic and national PeycON family of antennas, HidrON, TerrON, MicrON and AerON, will also be introduced to the African market. With the agreements to be made at the fair, it is aimed to increase Turkey's export share to the African continent.
