Both Dr. Liaquat Ullah Iqbal and Dr. Tauseef ur Rehman visited the OSTİM, which is located in the Turkish capital, Ankara, on behalf of the Pakistan Air Force Command.
During the visit, the delegation exchanged views on the implementation of cooperation agreements between the two countries in civil sectors such as agriculture, energy and medicine. The delegation discusses cooperation opportunities in military and aviation sectors in particular.
Cooperation in the field of civil aviation and space
Dr. Liaquat Iqbal said that they are working on implementing the cooperation agreements signed between Pakistan and Turkey at the presidential level.
Talking about his visit to OSTİM two years ago, Iqbal stated that he shared the information he got from OSTİM back then with officials in his country.
The commander gave some information about the aviation city project, which is under construction near the capital, Islamabad, and explained that they have cooperation agreements with Turkey in regard to this project and many other projects in the field of civil and military aviation. He also noted that they want to cooperate in the field of space as well, and this is one of the main reasons they are on this visit to Ostim.
