Lithuania has completed the first phase of light tactical vehicle purchase from US.
50-unit party of Joint Light Tactical Vehicles (JLTV) arrived in the country last week sealing the acquisition of 200-unit deal signed in 2019 with the United States.
Lithuania also signed another deal covering 300 JLTVs in 2022. Delivery of vehicles from this deal will start next year.
Lithuanian army also added first party of EXPAL 120-MX2-SM 120mm mortars to its arsenal. Delivery of mortars will be completed by this summer said Lithuanian army.
