Multi-rotor Reconnaissance UAV TOGAN flies in Africa

TOGAN, Multi-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) for Tactical Surveillance and Reconnaissance developed within the Turkish defense industry, has started its flights in the African country where it is exported.

STM’s Multi-rotor UAV for Tactical Surveillance and Reconnaissance TOGAN was recently exported to two countries in Africa. TOGAN, which was delivered to the military forces of the country to which the UAV was exported, started to fly. It is known that STM, which continues negotiations with more than one country on the way to new exports for TOGAN, has also reached the contract stage with other countries in Africa. After the signatures are signed, STM is expected to announce these sales soon.

It is known that STM exports the Multi-rotor UAV for Tactical Surveillance and Reconnaissance TOGAN to Nigeria.

TOGAN, which is the surveillance and reconnaissance member of STM’s tactical mini-UAV family, was developed with the company’s own resources in line with the needs of the Turkish Armed Forces in the field. TOGAN was introduced for the first time at the International Defense Industry Fair (IDEF 2017) in 2017. TOGAN also entered the inventory of the Turkish Armed Forces.
