Türkiye's first domestic and national Helicopter Securing and Transfer System, KUŞKAPANI, developed by STM and Altınay Defence, will serve on the new ships of the Turkish Navy. The system, which the Turkish Navy needs due to the embargo imposed on Türkiye by Canada, was developed by Turkish companies.
The "New Naval Platforms Handover Ceremony" will be held in Yalova today at 15:00 with the participation of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
During the ceremony, Combat Support Auxiliary Ship (A-1590) "TCG DERYA", Türkiye's first national frigate TCG ISTANBUL (F-515), Logistics Support Ship TCG ÜTĞM ARİF EKMEKÇİ (A-575) and MARLİN Unmanned Combat Surface Vehicle will be included in the inventory of the Turkish Naval Forces.
In this context, the KUŞKAPANI product will serve together with TCG Derya and TCG Istanbul.
