Türksat KabloTV, as the strategic business partner of AssisTT, won the "Best Customer Service" provider award in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) region at the Contact Center World Awards, where the most prestigious awards of the call center industry are distributed.
Türk Telekom's call center company AssisTT alongside Türksat KabloTV as its staregic business partner were seen fit for the award at the Contact Center World Awards.
While approximately 1,500 applicants competed at the Contact Center World Awards this year, AssisTT competed in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) finals, winning the first place in the "Best in Customer Service (outsorced)" category with the Türksat KabloTV project.
Held for the 15th time this year, the Contact Center World Awards brings together hundreds of companies each year from all over the world to determine the company with the best call center.
