Energy and Natural Resources Minister Fatih Dönmez stated that The Akkuyu Nuclear Power Plant's second unit's foundations have been laid.
Minister Dönmez, " when we start the construction of four units around 15-16 thousand people will work in the field . We have made protocols with the Ministry of Education. Especially in Mersin and the vocational high schools here, including Gülnar district where we are going to add Nuclear Education to a curriculum change," he said.
