ULAK Communication
Established to carry out R&D and engineering activities for mobile and broadband communication systems used by commercial network operators, ULAK Communication carries out the production, testing, assembly and integration, sales and marketing, import and export, and provides training, maintenance and support services for these systems and spare parts.
The ULAK Base Station solutions developed domestically by ULAK Communication meet the demands of civil security, public security and military communication.
ULAK was established by Savunma Sanayii Teknolojileri A.Ş. (SSTEK) on April 20, 2017. ASELSAN acquired 51% of ULAK Haberleşme A.Ş.'s shares from SSTEK on October 1, 2018. HAVELSAN A.Ş. acquired 25% of the shares of ULAK Haberleşme A.Ş. from SSTEK on February 10, 2020.
